This policy explains what Actor Routine collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, username, bio, email, mobile number, encrypted password credentials, verification OTP records, comments, reactions, routine progress, deletion reason and support communications.
We also process login cookies, push-notification tokens, network status, IP address, browser or WebView details, request times and diagnostic security logs required to operate the service.
2. How information is used
- Create, authenticate and maintain accounts.
- Verify contact details and process password resets.
- Provide audition updates, music, PDFs, practice tools and social features.
- Deliver requested notifications and protect the service from abuse.
- Diagnose and improve reliability and performance.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
3. Service providers
Necessary data may be processed by Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, Brevo for verification messages, and our hosting, database and security providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect safety and rights.
4. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Permanent deletion removes the active account and linked data, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention and backup retention requirements.
You can request deletion from Settings → Delete Account or visit the account deletion page.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, cryptographic password hashing and session tokens along with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may update available profile information, log out, disable notifications in device settings, or request temporary or permanent account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction or a copy of your information.
7. Children
Actor Routine is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes and third-party links
Third-party content is governed by the provider’s own policy. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change and will update the date shown above.
